Tank spec requirement for raiding

As of right now we are currently pretty lenient with specs as they pertain to raiding. But this will be a requirement as of now. All tanks must have the goad ability. Until we have a set lineup and role orientation tank switches will be made on the fly under the discretion of the officership. If your called upon to tank you must be adequatly equipped. Thank you.
