This does not mean did you pre-order. This means have you gone online and actually seen the message that you have been one of the select few to get into the pregame exclusive. to find out go to http://register.ageofconan.com to find out. Please post if you did.

I'm all patched up, I just need to know if I have to downgrade to DX9. Is DX10 backward-compatible with DX9?

Yes Dx10 is backwards compatible w/ dx9 as far as i know.
