Guild City phase 2 and meeting

we currently have 3 more buildings for a total of 7 of 9. We will also need to get the walls up as you get a teleport to the city when this is done. Tonight at 8pm est we will have a meeting in our city all guild members are asked to be there.

for members that have not made it off the island, will being in vent be sufficient? I ask for my gf who hasn't found much time to play.

I will try to be there. I am guessing I will be as long as it is after at 8pm.

Which brings me to my questions:

1) What time is the meeting?
2) Is there an easy way to get there? Ive been there once but I ran all the way to the end of the zone where the guy will either teleport you to Guild City or Purple Lotus Swamp. An easy way to get there would be appreciated.

PS: I have some supplies I have found. If they will be useful I can transfer to someone if you tell me who.

FYI all: Quickest way for most to guild city would be to talk to the guy at the Outpost Camp to the north in Wild Lands of Zaleta.
