yes it was... i just went back into my dl file and all that is there is a read me file saying that it was leaked and removed
"Hey. The file you have downloaded was leaked and was not meant for public distribution. It will no longer be hosted on risingarms.com. We respect Funcom, and their NDA, and we're not going to continue to host a file which breaks that NDA."

Well, the graphics didn't seem like they were turned up, but our PVE City is going to be HUGE! The buildings looked sweet and it looked like you can go into most of them. This was a pretty exciting video of things to come.
