thats what i have currently. although im not liking surging health. 3 points for only a 6% 85 point heal. Might put them into imp shield bash not sure. I also might drop bleeding dulling blow for imp dulling blow. the dot from bleeding is too miniscule. the problem with imp dulling blow tho is i NEED to get hit to build hate via counterstrike, counterstrike stance, and anticipation. so the evasion it adds kinda hurts threat generation. but will be nice to apply when i tank something that hits kinda hard. honestly so far melee bosses really dont pose a threat in terms of me dying from damage. it's caster mobs that rape my face.
